OUR JOURNEY
Africa Hair Market was born from a series of organised financial literacy talks under the title Hela Storytellas. Hela Storytellas started out in 2023 in a coffee shop on Statehouse Road, and evolved into sizeable event by its 4th edition hosted at Sarit Expo Centre in 2024.
Our vision is to do more than talk about money. We want to create markets that will enable Africans to make money as well. Hence the introduction of co-located market events, starting with the Africa Hair Market.
